What You’ll Do

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Develop customized insurance quotes and present tailored solutions
• Utilize multiple sales channels, including phone, networking, and referrals
• Establish connections with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other referral sources
• Ask for referrals and explain our customer referral program

• Excellent multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills
• A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a sales-driven environment
• Previous sales experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
