Center Director - Code Ninjas

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Center Director to lead our team and make a lasting impact on our students and community.

As the Center Director, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the success of our programs and the satisfaction of our students and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Leading and supporting a team of instructors to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
• Managing enrollment and retention efforts to grow the center’s impact.
• Monitoring student progress and ensuring high-quality delivery of our curriculum.
• Handling administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.

We’re seeking a leader who is organized, driven, and passionate about making a difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in education, technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges and keep the center running smoothly.
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and education, with the ability to inspire others.
