As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Legal Status & Work authorization Required.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Manage room reservations and process payments accurately
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
• Uphold Marriott’s brand standards and service excellence
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of PMS (e.g., Power of M, Speedlight) is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• A welcoming attitude and a passion for guest satisfaction
