STEPS for Kids, a premier provider of pediatric therapy services located in Yorkville, IL, is currently seeking candidates to join our administration team as Front Desk Associate. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Individuals in this position are responsible for:

• Greeting clients and completing the check in process for appointments
• Over-the-counter collections
• Scheduling clients and managing therapists' daily schedules
• Managing communication via phones, texts, emails and faxes
• Responding efficiently and compassionately to client and staff needs
• Coordinating with Admin team members to manage client records, intakes, and referrals
• Supporting clinical staff with various clerical duties, resource management
• Managing office supplies and equipment

Founded in 2010, STEPS for Kids is a therapist owned and operated pediatric clinic providing developmental services that include occupational, physical, and speech therapy and social work. Our programs use a coordinated treatment approach that is neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed, while focusing on play-based interventions, parent and community education, and relationships that support lifelong growth for children. We pride ourselves on the quality of care our families receive, from first phone call to end of services.
