Are you the person others call when a complex multi-axis job needs to run right the first time? At KMM Group, you’ll program-adjust, set up, and operate Mill-Turn equipment to build parts for aerospace, space, and life-saving applicationswhere precision isn’t optional.

What will you own?
  • Multi-axis Mill-Turn setups (2–11 axes) and production runs
  • Job planning from prints and travelers to efficient workflows
  • Tooling selection, offsets, and optimization of speeds/feeds
  • First-article verification and tight-tolerance inspections
  • On-the-fly NC code edits for cycle time and quality gains
  • Uptime, cycle adherence, and steady-state production

  • Prepare jobs for lights-out machining when feasible
  • Continuously improve setups, tooling strategies, and throughput
  • Share best practices; support and mentor teammates
  • Keep the work area organized and audit-ready

Do you check these boxes?
  • 5+ years CNC machining experience (mill-turn preferred)
  • Fluent in multi-axis setup and machining
  • Hands-on with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls
  • Confident reading technical drawings/specs
  • DMG Mori NLX/NZX experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; vocational/apprenticeship preferred
  • 98%+ yield mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Diagnose-root cause-optimize is your default mode
  • Self-motivated; team-oriented when the job calls for it
