Diversified Support Services is seeking a Quality Control Chemist to support daily analytical laboratory operations for our client in Birmingham, AL. This role is responsible for performing analytical testing, supporting product release, and maintaining compliance within a cGMPregulated environment. Candidates with HPLC testing, troubleshooting, or method development experience are strongly preferred, as this skill set is central to the laboratory’s workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Perform analytical testing of finished goods and cleaning validation samples to support product release.
Identify, document, and investigate OutofSpecification (OOS) results; initiate CAPA and effectiveness checks.
Conduct dissolution testing, build sampling schedules, and coordinate thirdparty submissions.
Perform scheduled cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment, including UHPLC systems.
Sample incoming raw materials and support additional QC tasks such as reviewing continuous room monitoring data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline, preferably Chemistry.
Minimum three years of analytical laboratory experience (preferred).
Experience working with cGMP guidelines and laboratory SOPs.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Highly preferred: HPLC method development, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.

Starting at $26 (doe), Weekly Pay
Monday- Friday
Pay rate will be discussed during the interview process and aligned with experience.
