About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at AdviniaCare Scallop Shell. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on the overall comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain a high level of tidiness in all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces

• Perform laundry and linen services, ensuring all linens are clean, fresh, and properly folded

• Restock supplies and amenities in resident rooms and throughout the facility

• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning of resident rooms or common areas

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (entry-level or recent graduate welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
