As a Baker at Flour & Weirdoughs, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, doughs, and viennoseries.
• Managing proofing and baking processes with precision and care.
• Maintaining consistency and creativity in all baked goods.
• Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and safe.
• Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas for menu innovation.

We’re seeking a skilled Baker who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of professional baking experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of bread, doughs, pastries, proofing, and baking fundamentals.
• The ability to work early overnight shifts, mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A passion for creativity, consistency, and teamwork.
