Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Defining project and program scope, schedules, and deliverables foraglobalsemiconductor product developmentorganization
- Interacting with design engineering (digital, analog, mixed-signal), verification,andvalidation teamsto ensure smooth handoffsandresolve challenges with program risks
- Reporting program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executives, customers,partners
- Managing changerequests, balancing customer requirements with technicalfeasibility
- Ensuring compliance with semiconductor developmentmethodologiesand best practices
- Working with customers to align roadmapsand production schedules
- Overseeing projects through concept to production, ensuringquality and timeliness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management
- Experience managing hardware design projects in the semiconductor industry
- Backgroundindesignengineering,validationengineering,orverification engineering
- Experiencebuilding relationships and communicating withcustomers
- Experiencemanagingdifferent phases of long-term projects/programs–design,testing, production
- Highly technical,experience working closelywithglobal engineering teams
- Operations experience andabilityto learn and adapt to new processes andmethodologies
- Experience withmemory (DDR),DRAM,PCIe, CXL,clocks, retimers,integrated circuits (IC), PMIC, orsimilar products

Compensation:
- $145K -$200K +Annual Bonus+ Stock Options
