Job Description
The Project Manager leads and delivers commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Work Environment
This is an in-person role based on active construction project sites and office settings. The work environment is fast paced and involves regular collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. The position requires being present on-site to monitor progress, review construction activities, and attend meetings, as well as working in an office environment to manage documentation, schedules, and budgets.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
