Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Driver to join our warehouse team in Minooka, IL on the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck to move, stack, retrieve, and put away inventory in high-bay storage areas safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up reach truck and forklift equipment safely to move pallets throughout the warehouse
- Transport, rack, and retrieve inventory from high-level storage locations
- Assist with picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipping
- Perform daily pre-shift safety and equipment maintenance checks on material handling equipment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners to track inventory movement and update pallet locations
- Unload incoming shipments and put away materials in designated locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to all OSHA and warehouse safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and operate machinery in narrow aisles
- Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse inventory software
- Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and focus on workplace safety
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift
