Machine Operator / CNC Machine Operator – Full-Time

A well-established and growing Northeast Ohio manufacturing company is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a full-time Machine Operator.
CNC experience is NOT required we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do
You will be trained to set up, operate, adjust, and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment used to produce precision components.

You Do NOT Need CNC Experience
Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will invest the time to train someone who has the right attitude and mechanical ability.
Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands and have some demonstrated mechanical aptitude. That experience could come from manufacturing, machining, automotive work, maintenance, fabrication, construction, equipment repair, farming, mechanical hobbies, or similar hands-on work.
If you are the type of person who likes figuring out how things work, making mechanical adjustments, using tools, and solving problems, you may be a great fit.
What We're Looking For
Hours & Work-Life Balance
This is a full-time position with consistent hours throughout the year.
During slower periods, employees generally work approximately 40 hours per week, short days on Fridays, enjoy your weekends!
During busier periods, we are looking for team members willing to work approximately 45–50 hours per week, providing an opportunity for additional overtime earnings.
