Real Estate Agent Apprentice - Full Training Available

We’re looking for new and newly licensed real estate agents who are motivated to learn the business and build a productive long-term career. Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, you’ll have access to one-on-one mentorship, practical training, and proven systems from the beginning.

As a Real Estate Agent Apprentice, you’ll learn how to find and connect with potential clients, work with buyers and sellers, show properties, write offers, follow up effectively, and understand how transactions move from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll also have transaction and administrative support available so you can spend more of your time developing your skills, building relationships, and working with clients.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to follow a structured plan. Applicants should be licensed or actively working toward obtaining their real estate license.

Compensation:

$120,500 - $219,500 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to draft and negotiate offers, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and provide updates on market trends.
  • Support the transaction process by liaising with lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills continually.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter, demonstrating motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly through training and mentorship.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and property management tasks.
