Production Associate
Pay:$15.77/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking reliableProduction Associatesto join a manufacturing team producing high-quality doors. This position involves operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality inspections, and preparing finished products for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate small and large production machines used in door manufacturing
- Assemble doors on a production line
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Machine doors for hardware installation
- Prepare, move, and handle production materials
- Stage and package finished products for shipment
- Perform general warehouse and productionduties asassigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in commercial woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or door production is a plus
- General knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform basic math and use handheld measuring tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
