Event Supervisor

As an Event Supervisor at Bounce N More, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing event setup, execution, and takedown to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Managing and coordinating event staff to maintain high-quality service and professionalism.
• Communicating with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during events and providing quick, effective solutions.
• Maintaining a safe and fun environment for all participants.

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in event supervision, event planning, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
