The perfect candidate for this role is detail oriented, smiles a lot, experienced in insurance or a related industry (banking, customer service etc.), willing to learn, and reliable. You should also be a fast typer and generally good with computers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer phone calls, emails, texts
- Make policy changes and recommendations
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- In office 8:30-5 Mon- Fri, closed 12-1 for lunch.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Will need to get insurance licenses (pretty easy).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
