• Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness.
• Managing inventory and ensuring adequate supplies for smooth operation.
• Handling scheduling and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Supporting team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
