PROSTAR Staffing is proud to partner with a well-established potato chip manufacturing warehouse in Hackettstown, NJ. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment.
Position Details
Available Shifts:
- Monday - Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Monday - Wednesday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production/manufacturing facility
- Moderate to high noise levels
- GMP-regulated food production environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and supervise team members.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure cleaning activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Sanitize equipment and work areas following established procedures.
- Verify compliance with company standards and food safety requirements.
- Train employees on sanitation procedures, equipment operation, and workplace safety.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure production readiness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report operational issues and concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience working within GMP-regulated facilities preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Ability to work in varying noise-level environments.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
