Hi-Tech Controls & Automation is seeking an Industrial Automation & Controls Technical Specialist with strong Siemens automation experience. This customer-focused role supports product selection, system configuration, troubleshooting, and application development.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify and select automation and electrical control products
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, safety products, networking, and control components
• Review specifications, drawings, bills of material, and customer requirements
• Work with manufacturers and sales representatives to develop solutions
• Support the sales team with product selection, quotations, and technical questions
