Position Summary:
Immediate opening for a Quality Inspector to support 1st shift operations in Warren, RI. This role is responsible for visual and dimensional inspection of precision components using hand tools, micrometers, and calipers in an ITAR-regulated environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished machined parts using micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, and gages.
- Read and work directly from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Complete inspection routers, unipoint documentation, and non-conformance records.
- Assist supervisors in identifying root causes for production/quality discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of mechanical/manufacturing quality inspection experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with handheld measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
- Ability to interpret blueprints and basic GD&T symbols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet U.S. Person requirements (U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required for ITAR compliance).
