  • Provide detailed information about available services, including glass replacement, repair options, and related automotive solutions
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
  • Assist customers with auto estimating procedures, explaining costs and repair timelines clearly
  • Support technicians by preparing vehicles for service, including handling glass installation and assembly tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, and follow-up requirements
  • Promote additional services such as ADAS calibration, window tinting, or vehicle maintenance when appropriate

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dealership or automotive customer service is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of auto glass installation, repair techniques, and related tools such as hand tools and power tools
  • Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration processes is a plus
  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and auto body repair enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling glass or equipment
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical procedures clearly and confidently
  • Basic understanding of auto estimating software and vehicle maintenance procedures is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm for learning about automotive repair processes like glass installation, detailing, or assembly
