Painting Prep & Grinding Tech (1st shift, 6AM-2PM) - Prepares metal and composite parts for finishing by performing sanding, priming, surface prep, and inspection tasks. Ensures components meet quality standards before moving into paint or coating processes. Duties include material handling, masking, cleaning, and consistent attention to detail. Candidates should have prior shop or manufacturing experience, comfort with hand tools, and the ability to follow detailed prep procedures.
Painting Technician (2nd & 3rd shift, 2PM-10PM & 10PM-6AM) - Applies coatings or paint finishes to manufactured parts using spray equipment and standardized processes. Responsible for proper surface prep, mixing materials, maintaining equipment, and achieving uniform coverage and quality. Performs touch ups, inspections, and documentation as required. Candidates should have industrial painting experience (preferably spray), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production paint environment.
The Parts Loader (3rd shift, 10PM-6AM) - supports the finishing and coating department by loading, hanging, and positioning parts on racks for paint, prime, or curing processes. This role ensures parts are spaced correctly, secured safely, and moved efficiently through each stage of production.
