We are seeking a Quality/Reliability Engineer to support vehicle production and quality improvement activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality concerns related to Body Exterior systems, including trim, decals, bumpers, latches, and sealing components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, or Program Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing and production environments
  • Design Release Engineer (DRE) experience preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt training/certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve product and process quality issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Drive quality objectives for Body Exterior systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Automotive industry background
  • Body Exterior components such as trim, bumpers, latches, decals, and sealing systems
