MASTER AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Immediate Hire | $40-$60 per hour (Based on Experience)

Guaranteed 40 hours a week (weekends off unless you want overtime)

We are a family-oriented, fast-growing automotive/truck repair facility specializing in light duty trucks (diesel & gas) located at 610 Hickman Circle in Sanford, Florida seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for immediate hire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who has strong diagnostic abilities. Someone with a specialty in Ram and Chevy or imports would be a plus. Position Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced technician with advanced diagnostic capabilities, strong electrical knowledge, and programming experience. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while working collaboratively with our team.

• $40-$60 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic vehicles
• Specialize in complex vehicle diagnostics (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Utilize scan tools and programming equipment effectively
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and service advisors
• Assist in mentoring and guiding team members when needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Master Diesel Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced electrical repair experience
• Experience using OEM diagnostic software
• Programming experience (Chevy and Ram programming is a plus)
• Must own a vast variety of professional automotive tools
• Valid Drivers License
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with leadership qualities
