Data Reporting Coordinator

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, validate, and distribute recurring operational reports.
• Ensure all assigned reports are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Review report data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with appropriate departments.
• Maintain reporting schedules, templates, and documentation.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all data and reporting.
• Review operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis efforts when reporting reveals exceptions or concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic Data Entry
• Basic Computer Skills
