Project Manager – Store Refurbishments
Location: Mason, OH | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Duration: 6 months | Temp-to-Perm possible
Start: ASAP | Experience: 3–5 years preferred
Role Summary
- Manage retail store new, relocation, remodel, and refurbishment projects.
- Own project schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, and change orders.
- Coordinate with Store Construction, Design, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage RFPs, vendor bids, bid analysis, preconstruction meetings, and project execution.
- Track construction progress, documentation, risks, and project closeout.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support projects across multiple brands while ensuring brand standards and budgets.
