Business Development Rep

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with current customers throughout their experience with BASE Roofing
• Reach out to prospective customers and follow up on new leads
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up activities
• Maintain and update the BASE Roofing website
• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Coordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activities along with company events
• Monitor inquiries received through the website, social media, and advertising channels
• Track marketing, advertising, lead-generation, and customer-outreach results
• Provide management with regular updates and reports
• Maintain consistent company branding across marketing channels
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
• Assist management and team members with day-to-day office tasks

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and professional customer-service approach
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Comfortable communicating with current and prospective customers by phone, email, and social media
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and website content management
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales support, or office administration is preferred
• Roofing, construction, or home-services experience is helpful but not required
