Sales Team Member

-Assist Sales Team with correspondence with customers

-Assist Sales Team with other miscellaneous administrative support

-Maintain up-to-date Product Manufacturing Details

-Maintain perpetual finished product inventory

-Coordinate shipping goals and communicate shipping needs with client

-Arrange trucks for clients product if needed

-Fill out PMD's before production

-Coordinate with purchasing and QA before and after production

-Coordinate PO's readiness to produce internally and with customer

-Assure that all finished product pallets are properly labeled

-Gather all necessary documents to finalize the shipment of finished products

-Coordinate the shipping of finished products with the customer

-Assure proper inventory of finished product is loaded onto trucks

-Familiar with Zoho

Liquids/Powders Manufacturing Facility
