6AM to 12 noon
Breakfast Daily Duties:
1: Work breakfast from 6am to 9am daily
Keep breakfast maintained and plenty of food out between 6am to 8am at 8am try to only cook what you will need to get through rest of the breakfast time remaining: ( Don't run out during breakfast hours:) Keep any food that may can be reused the next day:
2: At 9AM if no guest are in breakfast room you may begin pulling breakfast: ( If there are a few people in breakfast then ask them if they would like anything else before pulling:
3: Be Sure all the tables and counter are wiped and cleaned really good and restock all utinsals, naptkins, condiments, syrup, plates, and bowls, Restock Coffee area and Check Juice machine and Coffee machine.
4:New waffle batter can be used 3 to 4 days:
5: Sweep and Mop Lobby, Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Hallway, Floors in front of the Elevator, Floor next to all Ice machine, and the Elevator Floor.
6: Clean the Public Bathrooms ( Restock all paper towels and toilette tissue each day as needed)
7: Clean the Guest Laundry Room ( wipe down all the machine and sweep and mop)
8: Restock all sanitizer on each floor by elevator
