Own the preventive maintenance program: set schedules, monitor completion, and hold the team accountable to PM compliance
Manage maintenance budget and track costs; identify cost reduction opportunities
Enter and close work orders in SAP; maintain PM documentation and compliance records
Manage contractors and vendors for supplemental maintenance work
Develop technicians through coaching, cross-training, and performance feedback
