Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Maintain safe and accurate medication care for patients
- Lead and support the pharmacy team
- Build productive, cooperative relationships across the team
Requirements
- Current, active Georgia Pharmacist license in good standing
- At least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience
- Prior infusion pharmacy management experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as both a team leader and team member
- Proven ability to develop productive working relationships with pharmacy staff
