Make an immediate impact supporting students across two closely connected campuses in a K-12 educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive behavioral change, develop effective intervention plans, and ensure an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for every learner.
Key qualifications:
- Current national Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience providing behavioral services to K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to move between two campuses located in close proximity
- Willingness to respond and assist in unforeseen or emergency behavioral situations as needed
- Must complete fingerprinting, background check, and district credentialing, with possible streamlined procedures if previously processed through relevant clearinghouses
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and school staff on implementing behavior support strategies
- Regularly monitor student progress and communicate recommendations to educational teams and families
- Serve primarily at one campus while offering support to the second nearby campus whenever required
- Respond to urgent behavioral needs throughout the campus community, ensuring student safety and wellbeing
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
