Position Details
- Start: ASAP
- Placement: Direct Hire
- Salary: $165,000–$185,000+ (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM
- Flexibility: Must be flexible with scheduling
- On-Call: Administrative on-call; pharmacist team rotates regular clinical on-call
- Team: 10 Pharmacists, 11 Technicians, 10 Support Staff
- System: CPR+ / CareTend experience highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and clinical services
- Lead sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory
- Supervise pharmacists and technicians
- Recruit, train, onboard, and develop pharmacy staff
- Manage performance evaluations and on-call scheduling
- Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy requirements and USP <797>/<800>
- Provide clinical oversight of home infusion therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient outcomes
- Assist with budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Georgia Pharmacist license
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- 5–7 years of direct clinical and operations experience in home infusion or acute care
- Previous infusion experience and infusion management experience required
- Proven experience managing pharmacy staff
- Strong focus on employee training and orientation
- Knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- CPR+/CareTend experience highly preferred
