Technical Project Analyst Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA (4x/week) Contract through 12/31/26 with extensions likely
We are seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support a fast-paced technology program focused on product releases, trial management, and cross-functional coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career detail oriented with experience in technical environments who enjoys driving projects forward, managing operational processes, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders. The role supports product trial initiatives, release operations activities, and ongoing coordination across engineering and business teams.
Responsibilities: Manage and track incoming work requests and project tickets through Jira Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely ticket progression and resolution Attend engineering meetings, office hours sessions, and project discussions; document outcomes and update tickets accordingly Support trial management activities for new product and platform initiatives Maintain project plans, status tracking, and program documentation within Smartsheet Facilitate weekly standups and project status meetings Assist with business process documentation and operational reporting Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and support project execution Help translate business needs into functional requirements and track changes throughout project lifecycles Support release operations activities and coordination across multiple stakeholders1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, technical analysis, or related roles Experience working in a technical or IT-focused environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience using Jira for ticket intake, tracking, and workflow management Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration Experience with Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent detail oriented experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting product releases, software deployments, or trial management programs Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations and executive-level status reporting Experience facilitating meetings, standups, and stakeholder communications Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
