What you'll bring:

• A high school diploma (no further para certifications or college degrees required)
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Reliable attendance and punctuality aligning with school hours
• Willingness to provide three completed referencesincluding your most recent managerprior to the interview process

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Offering targeted support to students in 1:1 or classroom-based scenarios, depending on assignment
• Assisting classroom teachers with instruction, behavior management, and organization
• Supporting students in achieving educational and social goals within structured routines
• Encouraging student engagement, reinforcing lessons, and assisting with accommodations as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism within the school community

You'll enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule totaling 32.5 hours weeklyeither from 7:10 am to 2:10 pm (middle school) or 7:30 am to 2:30 pm (high school), including a half-hour unpaid lunch.
