Why Work Here?
Employees enjoy a stable, long-term work environment where average tenure is 10–15 years and turnover is exceptionally low. The facility places a strong emphasis on safety and has achieved multiple years without recordable injuries, reflecting a genuine commitment to employee well-being. Team members receive paid breaks that are not deducted from hours worked, effectively increasing overall earnings. The culture is highly team-oriented and supportive, focusing on effort, growth, and setting people up for success. Leadership offers direct, clear feedback and demonstrates flexibility when occasional mistakes or attendance issues arise, addressing concerns only when patterns emerge. Overall, this is a place where employees can build a lasting career in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment.
Work Environment
The role is based in a very modern, clean, and well-organized facility that strongly follows 5S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain). The entire facility is well lit, climate controlled, and laid out with spacious aisles and clearly defined departments, including New Production, Wind Service (disassembly), Industrial (repairs and new builds), and Logistics (shipping and receiving). The warehouse uses a variety of material handling equipment, including turret trucks (very narrow aisle stand-up forklifts), sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and cranes, along with RF scanners, SAP, and shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip. Safety standards are exceptionally high, with a long record of operating without lost-time or recordable injuries, and all team members are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toe shoes on site. Employees work on 8 hour shifts and receive two paid 20-minute breaks per shift. The environment may include smells such as paint and oil, and while the facility is clean and organized, materials handling can result in clothing getting dirty; employees are provided a company shirt and are encouraged to wear durable jeans or pants. The culture is highly team-oriented, with an emphasis on clear communication, direct feedback, and supporting employees’ success from day one.
