Position: Human Resource Service Analyst

Ponte Vedre Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $75,000-$90,000 Salary with 10% Annual Bonus

Must Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS, payroll support, or a related HR function preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefit programs and resolving benefit eligibility, enrollment, billing, or deduction issues strongly preferred.
• Experience performing payroll audits, payroll quality control, or payroll reconciliation preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems required; experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience working with HR vendors, benefit carriers, third-party administrators, and system support teams preferred

Job Description:

The HR Services Analyst supports the day-to-day administration and ongoing effectiveness of employee benefits, HR technology, payroll, and HR services programs. This role serves as a key operational resource within the HR Shared Services team, with primary responsibilities for benefits administration, vendor and invoice reconciliation, HR system support and data integrity, and quality control of payroll processing.

The HR Services Analyst works closely with employees, HR team members, payroll and benefits partners, and external vendors to resolve issues, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure HR programs and processes are administered accurately and timely. The role also supports leave administration, workers’ compensation, reporting, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services.
