Description
Responsible for maintaining client relationships by coordinating administration of complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts.
This Partner establishes and maintains the account, responds to client inquiries, produces action plans and reports, and oversees transaction processing in coordination with the Client Support Services Team.
The partner assists Wealth Management Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators and/or Client Advisors with client requests, meetings, business development and creating client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners regarding account servicing needs.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on account activity, requests, and service matters.
- Coordinate resolution of client issues and proactively communicate progress through completion.
Trust & Account Administration
- Support the administration of complex fiduciary, trust, estate settlement, guardianship, custody, and investment management accounts.
- Maintain a working knowledge of governing documents, account agreements, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate account openings, maintenance activities, and account closures.
- Ensure accurate account setup, fee administration, documentation, and record maintenance.
Operational Coordination
- Partner with internal service teams to facilitate transactions, cash movement requests, account servicing events, and operational activities.
- Monitor service requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Develop and oversee action plans related to client servicing needs and account administration activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support annual review processes and account compliance requirements.
- Ensure required documentation is collected, maintained, and properly recorded.
- Maintain accurate client records, service notes, and ongoing communications within applicable systems.
Advisor & Business Support
- Partner with Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators, and Client Advisors to support client relationships.
- Assist with client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and assist with workflow coordination as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in Trust Services, Fiduciary Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Estate Administration, or related financial services environments.
Strong knowledge of:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
