Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Cable Operator to support daily production by operating cableprocessing equipment, performing fabrication tasks, and ensuring all products meet quality and measurement specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cableprocessing operations Operate cablecutting, stripping, crimping, and fabrication equipment
Production documentation Record counts, measurements, and completed work accurately
Quality inspection Inspect cables and assemblies for defects and measurement compliance
Machine adjustments Perform basic equipment adjustments and routine checks
Safety compliance Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
Material handling Assist with staging, workflow support, and general production needs
Team collaboration Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or cable assembly preferred
Ability to use hand tools, measurement tools, and basic power tools
Comfortable working in a fastpaced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Shift & Pay
Monday- Friday 6am-2:30 PM
