SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ASSOCIATE

Pay Rate
$17.00to $18.50per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,600 am to245pm.
Shipping and Receiving AssociateDutiesand Responsibilities
- Manage shipping, receiving, and storage of all incoming and outgoing Finished Goods and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks
- Inspect andlogall trucks for compliance
- Check all inbound shipments for damage or signs of tampering. Report all abnormalities to management.
- Unload and load all trucks.
- Place received tags on incoming packaging materials.
- Place all incoming Finished Goods and Packaging material in warehouse, in proper place according to First in First Out (FIFO) rule
- Place all finished Goods from the main facility in proper places in the warehouse until they are ready for shipment.
- Prepare finished products for shipping according to Bill of Lading (BoL)
- Palletize finished products and get the product ready for shipment
- Pull finished product with the correct lot codes, item numbers, and using “First in First Out” (FIFO)
Shipping and Receiving AssociateQualificationsandRequirements
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend,stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals, sanitation equipment, and manufacturing machinery
