We are seeking a WindowWorld Sales Design Consultantto become an integral part of our team!You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail settingin order to drivecompany revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain & present products and services to customer ultimately obtaining new business
• Assess & address client concerns by our products being the solution to the clients problems
• Run 1-2 window & door sales leads per day sustain a close ratio of 40% or better

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
