Location: Magnolia, TX 77355

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.57/hour + potential overtime opportunities

Employment Type: Contract (Open-Ended)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative for our client in the utility services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer support.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, billing questions, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly reliable, and comfortable navigating multiple systems while delivering a positive customer experience.

Hybrid Work Schedule
  • Remote: Monday and Friday
    • Reliable high-speed internet required
    • Company equipment provided
  • On-Site: Tuesday through Thursday in Magnolia, TX
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account information, and utility services
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account records
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Utilize internal systems and resources to troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience required
  • Previous call center and/or utility industry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation for required in-office workdays
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, particularly during month-end and peak business periods
