Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join ourteam! You will resolve customerquestions andoffer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Enter sales orders on items sold and ordered
• Must be VERY detail oriented
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-upappointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Greet and attend to walk-incustomers as they come into store
• Must be proficient with learning computer programs
• Keep merchandise in all areas folded and stocked
• Help other team members keep store orderly and clean

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be a team player
