Call Center Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focusedCall Center Customer Service Agentto join our high-volume contact center team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in phone-based environments, follow structured processes accurately, and are committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Compensation

  • $18.00 per hour
  • Full-time opportunity

Training Schedule

Monday – Friday :10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Training typically lasts2–6 weeks, with the possibility of an additional 2 weeks based on performance and readiness.

Work Schedule (After Training)

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine inbound customer calls using established scripts and procedures
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to research and resolve inquiries
  • Accurately gather and verify caller information
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and support workflow improvements
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members when appropriate
  • Complete additional duties to support department operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum1 year of call center experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Proficiency in PC navigation and keyboarding
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and supervisory direction
