S9 Design Build is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a financial professional with a strong background in GAAP and QuickBooks Online, who also holds a Notary Public commission. Prior experience in construction accounting or progress billing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Provide Notary Public services for lien waivers, contracts, and legal documents.
- Assist with job costing, progress invoicing, and tracking project budgets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online.
- Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Active Notary Public commission.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in construction accounting (e.g., AIA billing, job costing) is a major plus.
