Project Coordinator

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Project Coordinator in Grapevine, TX. This onsite role will oversee customer projects tied to a specific product group, coordinating execution between customers and internal manufacturing teams.

This position is ideal for a project management professional who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with customers, and keeping multiple moving priorities on track in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required:

• 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or similar experience
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and proactively identify potential issues
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Manufacturing or industrial project experience
• Data center or mission-critical industry exposure
• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience working with technical, engineering, production, or construction-related teams
