Kitchen Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst will manage financial reporting, compile data, have a keen eye for detail and mathematic ability.

The position will be in Virginia

Pay is $22 an hour

Schedule :M-F/8-4

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports.

· Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC·

. Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices

· Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors

· Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives

· Review staffing agency invoices

· Work directly with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager, and All levels of DC Management

· Extensive data entry projects

· Payroll experience needed. (Paychex software)

· Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· 2 year experience with accounting or economics background

· Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred

Computer Skills:

· Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation

Reasoning Ability:

· Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.

· Good organizational skills

· Knowledge of DC operations

· Strong sense of teamwork

· Able to adhere to strict deadlines
