Start on the shop floor and grow. This full-time laborer role can lead into painting, delivering to local customers, and more as you prove yourself.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts)

Day-to-day work

• Operate saws, presses, and shears
• Grind and prep parts
• Help fabricators
• Help in the anchor department
• Keep the shop moving safely and cleanly

Must-haves

• Work safely and keep a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of working safely around shop equipment
• Able to read a tape measure and use it accurately this is required!
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ready to work full time, Monday–Thursday

No welding experience needed. We will train the right person who shows up, measures correctly, and wants to learn.
