Summary
The Supply Chain & Operations Manager is a unique role that is the individual contributor that manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of all Supply Chain and procurement services for FirstClass Healthcare. Additionally, this position supports the Business Operations service line in various capacities as a liaison to the remote medical records team, the facilities, and internal operations. This individual serves as an operational leader to provide guidance to site-level Operational Support Specialists or related positions of each facility to maintain operations and process improvement. This position directly reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and collaborates across all levels of leadership. This role will require travel to correctional facilities for oversight and evaluation purposes.

Work Environment
The Supply Chain & Operations Manager is a hybrid position with work locations including correctional facilities, corporate office, and remote work. Correctional facility requirements are top priority and dependent on the needs of each individual facility.Work performed in a correctional healthcare environment entails exposure to noise, communicable diseases, controlled access areas, and unpredictable conditions. Employees must comply with all safety, security, infection control and emergency response protocols. Reasonable accommodation may be provided in accordance with the ADA, provided that it does not present an undue hardship on the company’s operations.
Physical and Mental Demands
This position requires the physical and mental ability to perform essential job functions, including frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, crouching, grasping, and repetitive motion. This role also occasionally requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
