PERIKIN Enterprises is seeking a Budget Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and its Office of Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD).NSDD works with international partners to counter the smuggling of radioactive and nuclear materials. As a member of the team supporting this mission, you'll help ensure program leaders have the financial information, analysis, and forecasts they need to make informed decisions and effectively manage program resources.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance, accounting, or budget professional interested in applying strong analytical skills to a meaningful national security mission. You'll gain hands-on exposure to federal budgeting, program financial management, forecasting, contract funding, and Congressional budget activity while working alongside federal program staff and senior leadership at DOE Headquarters.
